Approval of draft application for Massachusetts Cultural Council Adams Grant and renaming of Economic Development Task Force to Economic Development Council.

5-0 in favor.

Agree to have every-other-week agenda.

Determine that EDC would facilitate as conduit for any public interests regarding Economic Development.
