Members Present: Michelle DeMarco, Doug Johnstone, Jo-Ann DiOrio, Jamia Kelly, Rik Kapler(Wave).

Members Absent: Michael Fernandes, Lou Ann Bowen

Approval of the minutes of the meeting from Oct, 2007

Old Business

Beach Wheelchair: Doug will formally present Beach Wheelchair Proposal to DC.

ADA Building Assessment Plan: DC will provide representation at the Nov.14, 2007 Selectman’s Mtg. Note, the ADA Plan “Attachments A,B,and C” are standard procedures adopted by the Commonwealth. DC will task Town Manager and appropriate Departments with working towards compliance of the recommendations. DC would like to provide an annual audit.

Wheelchair Guide: DC will no-longer need to produce Wheelchair Guide. The Chamber of Commerce Guide is complete with WC accessibility; And the Business Guild will take the info provided by DC and integrate it into their brochure.

New Business

Support Michelle, as an individual with DC support, to place proposal to VSB for Grant to assist HP Entertainer to provide service in Town next year.
