Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Toni Schiff, Terry Horwitz, Doug Johnstone, Jo-Ann DiOrio

Members Absent: Laurie deSousa, Ken Russo

Minutes of the October 12, 2005 Disability Commission meeting were read and approved.

Old Business:

Doug read a letter to the Selectmen from Chair Toni Schiff regarding the Town Hall elevator.

Doug mailed out an application for Town Board membership to someone interested in serving but has not received a reply. Toni will contact Outer Cape Health Executive Director Henry Tuttle for potential OCHS staff member serving on the Commission.

Doug Mentioned membership appointments that will expire on 12/31/05 for the following members: Ken Russo, Laurie deSousa, and Jo-Ann DiOrio. Applications requesting re-appointment for another three-year term need to be completed for re-appointment by the Town Manager.

New Business:

Disability Commission 2005 Town Report submission for Annual Town Report discussed. Toni to collaborate with Doug to write report.

Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 10:00 am.
