Meeting Minutes April 20, 2005

Members Present:

Toni Schiff, Laurie deSousa, Terry Horwitz, Ken Russo, Doug Johnstone and Jo-Ann DiOrio.

Meeting called to order at 10:OOAM in Judge Welsh Room.

Minutes approved and accepted.

Read and corrected by Doug Johnstone.

Old Business:

Resignation letter by Betty Villari.

New Business:

Vacancy for Commission. Consideration Michael Fernandez and Jim Pipilas.

Care Campus: Discussion of 70% of units needed selling and time frame, cost. Ken will ask Cheryl Andrews to come and talk to us about the Care Campus.

Shankpainter Bog Wildlife Sanctuary.

Doug and Tony scoped it out at Celine Gandolfo request to have Disability Commission

approval.

Doug will e-mail Celine questions and suggestions.
