Meeting Minutes

11/10/04

Members Present: Tony Schiff, Terry Horwitz, Doug Johnstone, Laurie Desousa

and Jo-Ann DiOrio

Absent: Betty Villari

Meeting called to order at 10:30AM Minutes approved and accepted.

Old Business: Memo to Keith Bergman.

Keith wrote and asked recommendations from Parking

Department, Sandy Turner Public Works and Warren

Alexander Building Commission.

Police Chief responded by suggesting removal of a parking

space.

Doug suggested another memo to Keith explaining our needs.

Doug checked ADA policy, no firm guidelines as far as number

of square mile.

Doug suggested marking spaces on map to present to

Selectman.

Laurie spoke of different needs between tourist and year

rounder.

New Business: Jim Pipilas letter of resignation.

Tony's letter of response.

Suggestions for replacement: Kenny Russo. Laurie suggested going to HOW and Aides Support Group.

Tony and Doug renewing membership. Jo-Ann will continue minutes.

Next Meeting: Wednesday December 15, 2004 at 10:30AM
Motion to adjourn at 11:10AM by Laurie seconded Jo-Ann.
