The Provincetown Cultural Council held a meeting on MONDAY, May 7, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in Caucus Hall, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street.

 

 

Approved Meeting Minutes

 

Members Present: Mike Wright, Frank Vasello, Amy O’Hara, Dorothy Antezak, MaryAlice Johnston, Cyndi Walker, Cherie Mittenthal.

 

Members Excused Absent: Patty DeLuca, Stephen Borkowski, Molly Hamilton, Denny Camino, Natale Pasquale.

 

Meeting was called to order at  4:05pm   by Cherie Mittenthal, Chairperson.

 

Throwing a Art in Public Places Party / Fundraiser – THIS JUNE

There was a thorough discussion of all elements of the party. Various members agreed to specific tasks for preparing and hosting the event.

An outline of the Party is attached.

 

Poet Laureate Update

Cyndi updated the council on the reading by Chad at Town Meeting. The idea of his involvement in the school or through the library was discussed as well as arranging payment vouchers for the scholarship.

 

Next Meeting

The next meeting for continued planning of the Party was scheduled for May 14th at 4pm.

 

 

No other business was discussed.

No motions or votes.
