Absences: Treg Kaeselau and Tim Hazel

A quorum being present, David Nicolau opened the meeting at 5:09 PM.

The Community Preservation Committee met prior to the Town Meeting to vote for the recommendation of Article 6 of the Warrant. The vote was 5 for and 0 against.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM.
