Public Meeting

September 27,

Members Present: David Nicolau, Chairman, Tim
Hazel, Margaret Carroll-Bergman, Elaine Anderson, Barnett Adler, Stephen
Milkewicz, Eric Dray and Bill Dougal.
Absent: Recreation Committee member.
Others Attending: Keith Bergman, Town Manager. Members attending from
Affordable Housing Task Force (AHTF), Provincetown Local Housing Partnership
(PLH), Provincetown Housing Authority (PHA) were Arturo Alon, Patrick J.
Manning, Gregg Russo, Lincoln Sharpless.
David Nicolau called the meeting to order at 3:06. It was mentioned that a consultant was not able to attend this meeting and it was decided to have an open discussion with those present about philosophy and others sharing information.
There
were several conversations about tactics and possibilities of which direction
the Committee should take, but overall, everyone felt that the Committee needs
a lot more information before it can move forward.
Each member took a name of a chair member in another community and David Nicolau said he would send out a memo to all Committee members to bring back any information from their committees to share with the Board at the next scheduled meeting of October 8, 2004 at 10:00 AM.
A
motion was made to adjourn by Barnett Adler. Eric Dray seconded the
motion. The vote was unanimous. The meeting was adjourned at approximately
4:30 PM.
