The meeting was called to
order at 4:05 p.m. with a quorum.

Pam P. gave suggestions to
the CHC for some possible recommendations to the BOS regarding their local
preference policy. Pam will present
draft language and provide at the next CHC meeting for discussion prior to
referring to the Selectmen.
Pam also presented
information about the availability of CHAPA local assistance funds.
Motion to approve of minutes
of April 4, 2008, Molly seconded by Joe, 2-0-2 (AJ and Elaine)
90 Shank Painter – Remediation
is underway. Updates on 90 Shank Painter Rd will be at
the BOS meeting on May 12th.
A link with photographs has been added to the Town website to
communicate the progress of the remediation.
Next meeting will be May 19, 2008 at 4:00 pm.

to adjourn the meeting at 4:55 pm.
