The meeting was called to order at 4:20 p.m. with a quorum.

Meeting Agenda

Tap Grant

Consideration of TAP grant application due for the spring funding round on May 1, 2008. CHC will wait until new Housing Specialist is onboard and consider application for a TAP grant for the Fall funding round.

Possible idea for funding: The Housing Specialist to conduct a survey of existing affordable housing residents; identifying for the community what affordable housing has brought to the community. The CHC has a continuing need to education the community of the need and benefits of affordable housing.

Housing Specialist Update

The Housing Specialist’s position will be advertised with applications due by May 15, 2008. The announcement will be emailed to all members for the widest distribution throughout the community.

Project Updates

90 Shank Painter – Remediation is underway.
