Meeting Minutes

April 4, 2008

Caucus Hall

Members Present: Molly Perdue, Elaine Anderson, A.J. Alon and Bill Dougal

Members absent: Joe Carleo and Cathy Reno Brouillet (excused)

Staff: David Gardner, Assistant Town Manager

Members of the public: Pam Parmakian and Ted Malone

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. with a quorum.

Meeting Agenda

Molly opened up a discussion with the CPC regarding articles 29,30 and 33.

Ted Malone was also part of the discussion regarding the same articles

Mona Anderson then wondered if the CPC members that are representing other town boards had a meeting with their boards. what was the outcome of those meetings.

historic member Steven said his board felt the didn't have enough input to support the articles. Celine from open space said the same, housing authority member Bryan informed us that board voted 3 against supporting the articles and one abstention.

Motion to adjourn by bill second by Elaine all in favor.4:45.pm
