Minutes of the Charter Enforcement Commission public hearing on Tuesday,

April 3, 2007 at 6:30 PM in Caucus Hall, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street.

Present: John Braden, Chairman; Todd Wagar, Clerk; and J. B. Webb

Meeting called to order at 6:35 PM.

Motion by John Braden to approve the minutes of March 20, 2007.

Second: J. B. Webb. Vote: 3-0-0.

Motion by John Braden to approve slate of officers as follows:

Chairman – Todd Wagar

Vice-Chair – J. B. Webb

Secretary – John Braden

Second: Todd Wagar Vote: 3-0-0.

As a matter of periodic review, members agreed to individually review the Charter Enforcement Commission Rules of Procedure and bring to our next meeting any suggestions for revision.

Next meeting: TBD (anticipate the first week of May).

Motion by John Braden to adjourn. Second: J. B. Webb. Vote: 3-0-0.
