Minutes for Charter Enforcement Commission meeting.

Monday, October 31^st, 2005

In Attendance:

John Braden - chair
John Huston - co-chair
Channing Wilroy - secretary

Purpose:
To discuss article 15 of the up-coming Special Town Meeting

The meeting was called to order by John Braden at 5:03 PM.  John Huston motioned, John Braden seconded and all voted to approve the minutes from our last meeting (October 20^th, 2005). 

We discussed the article being presented to the STM (November 7, 2005)  a house keeping article designating the Historic District Commission a regulatory board.  Channing Wilroy motioned, John Huston seconded and all voted to recommend the article.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 PM.
