Minutes for Charter Enforcement Commission meeting.

Purpose:
To appoint newly interested volunteers to the Commission.  There are only two members remaining in the Commission  one of which (Amanda Fetrow) moved to Washington DC without resigning and former members Ryk Tyszka and Peter Garza tended resignations within the past  fourteen days.

The meeting was called to order by John Braden at 5:12 PM.  We discussed the purpose and responsibilities of the Charter Enforcement Commission.  Both Channing and John Huston agreed to volunteer and Town Clerk Doug Johnston swore them in and gave then copies of the town Charter.

After that we elected officers.  John Braden motioned and John Houston seconded John Braden as Chair, John Huston as co-Chair and Channing as Secretary.  All voted in favor.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
