Minutes for Charter Enforcement Commission meeting.

Fred proposes discussion about officer positions within the Commission.  After discussion, all agreed the Fred would chair, Peter would co-chair and that John would be secretary.  From Fred’s motion of the above, all members voted in favor.

Fred moved that the Commission admit Amanda Fetro as a new member.  After short discussion with Amanda, all members voted in favor of her admission.  Amanda will serve on the remaining two-year term seat left vacant by Sarah Peake.

Fred then introduced new members John (elected in May 2002) and Amanda (appointed by unanimous Commission vote tonight) to the responsibilities of the members of the Commission and gave some examples of possible calls to meet.  He and Peter also fielded questions from the new members.  Fred is also looking into making sure all members have a copy of the town’s Charter.
John moved that the meeting adjourn, all voted in favor.
The meeting broke at 7:00 PM.
