Minutes of Committee meeting on Thursday, February 3, 2005

Meeting called to order at 5:03 PM.

The minutes for the meeting on December 16, 2004 were approved as written 3-0.

The committee reviewed the annual report for the 2004 town annual report and approved it as written 3-0.

The committee received an answer from the National Park Service regarding the closure of some roads and lack of plowing at parking areas within the National Seashore. They cited their limited maintenance staff and the extraordinary conditions of this storm. At the time of the committee meeting all roads and parking areas had been reopened.

A letter regarding the Dune Shack study issues was drafted and reviewed. A motion was made to forward the letter to the Board of Selectmen for their consideration. Motion passed 3-0

The committee also addressed the need to fill its current vacancies.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:45.
