Minutes of Committee meeting on Thursday September 22, 2005

Provincetown Town Hall, Caucus Hall

Attending: John Thomas (chair), Kerry Adams (vice chair), Pat Patrick, Barbara Prato

Meeting called to order at 5:00PM.

The minutes of the March 31 meeting were approved as submitted.

There will be a status report on the coyote seminar at the next meeting.

Bob Wolf has submitted his report on the Dune Shacks and copies will be available

shortly. Another contractor has been hired by the CCNS to see if the findings fall within

the guidelines of a protected cultural resource.

The Board voted to send a letter to the Board of Selectmen to request a joint meeting

with new Seashore Superintendent George Price.

The recruitment of new board members to fill existing vacancies was discussed.

The next meeting was set for October 27 at 5:00PM.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:35PM
