Minutes of the Committee Meeting on Thursday December 16, 2004

Provincetown Town Hall, Caucus Hall

Attending John Thomas (chair), Kerry Adams (vice chair), Patrick Patrick, Barbara Prato

Meeting called to order at 5:09 PM.

John Thomas moved and Kerry Adams seconded to appoint Barbara Prato to the position

of clerk. The motion passed 3-0-1 abstention.

The minutes for the meeting of January 8, 2004 were submitted and approved as written 4-0.

The minutes for the meeting on March 18, 2004 were submitted and approved as written 3-0-1 abstention.

The minutes for the meeting on June 3, 2004 were submitted and approved as written 3-0-1 abstention.

The minutes for the meeting on September 30, 2004 were submitted and approved as written 3-0-1 abstention.

The agenda for the next meeting will include other minutes from past committee meetings.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:20.
