Meeting Minutes: May 8, 2003

The meeting was called to order by John Thomas at 5:10pm.

The minutes from the March 19^th, 2003 meeting were read. Kerry Adams moved and Barb Prato seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. The vote was unanimous and the minutes were approved.

The committee then reviewed a letter which the selectmen will vote whether to send to the Cape Cod National SeaShore in regards to the Dune Shack Subcommittee Report dated 2003 (“The Report”). Kerry Adams moved and Don Richards seconded a motion that the letter, after minor editing, receive the support of the committee and be sent to the selectmen for their vote at their next meeting. The vote was unanimous.

As Kerry Adams was the only committee member who could attend the Friday evening meeting open to the public, for public comment being held at the Community Center, KC was asked to request PTV if they would film the meeting for viewing by interested parties at a later date. She agreed to do so.

The next meeting date was set for May 29^th, at 5:00pm, in the Judge Welsh Room.

There being no further business, Kerry Adams moved and KC Smith seconded a motion that the meeting be adjourned; the vote was unanimous and the meeting was adjourned at 5:55pm.
