Meeting Minutes: January 30, 2003

Meeting was called to order at 5:05pm.

Minutes of January 3, 2002 meeting were read. Pat Patrick moved to amend the minutes and approve them at the next scheduled meeting. John Thomas seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.

Previous Business. Letters were sent to the board of selectmen as discussed at the 1/3/2002 meeting.

Committee members received the January 2003 CCNS Dune Shack Subcommittee report to review for their information. There was some concern among Committee members about the proposed use of one of the dune shacks for housing of NPS Staff. Further discussion will follow.

The Annual Report draft for the CCNSGMPIAC will be forthcoming in a few days for the Committee's review and comment.

It was noted that the Race Point Light House Lease is coming up for renewal in the near future. More information may soon be available on this subject for the Committee's information.

Pat Patrick moved that the meeting be adjourned. Barb Prato seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
