PROVINCETOWN CONSERVATION COMMISSION

November 20, 2007

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Members Present: Elaine Anderson, Dieter Groll and David Hale.

Members Absent: Dennis Minsky (excused) and Lynne Martin(excused)

Others Present: Brian Carlson (Health Inspector) and Ellen C. Battaglini (Recording Secretary).

Co-Chair Elaine Anderson called the Executive Session to order at 8:45 P.M.

DISCUSSION:

The Commission seeks to increase Conservation Agent Brian Carlson’s hourly pay rate, which comes out of the Commission’s budget, and to increase the number of hours he devotes to that job. Elaine Anderson reported on the increase and the Commission briefly discussed the issue. The Commission decided to continue the discussion until more members are present at the December 4, 2007 hearing.

ADJOURNMENT: Dieter Groll moved to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:02 P.M. and it was so voted unanimously.
