PROVINCETOWN CONSERVATION COMMISSION

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Members Present: Dieter Groll, Elaine Anderson, Dennis Minsky and Lynne Martin.

Members Absent: Paul Tasha and Robin Evans.

Others Present: Brian Carlson (Health Inspector), Erica Larner (Conservation Agent) and Ellen C. Battaglini (Recording Secretary).

The Commission began the Executive Session to discuss pending litigation at 10:00 P.M.

The Commission discussed the pending case of Robert S. Gebelein v. Provincetown Conservation Commission. A proposed Agreement for Judgment was submitted to the Commission from Town Counsel for approval. Erica Larner recommended that the Commission approve the Agreement. Elaine Anderson moved to approved the proposed Agreement for Judgment in Civil Action No. 2005-00353, Robert S. Gebelein v. Conservation Commission of the Town of Provincetown, Dennis Minsky seconded and it was so voted, 4-0.

ADJOURNMENT:

Dennis Minsky moved to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:10 P.M. and it was so voted unanimously.
