The
Conservation Commission discussed regulations and local by-law revisions with
Christine A. Odiaga.

PUBLIC STATEMENTS:
None.
The applicant
requests an administrative change to an approved project as a result of a
change to approved building plans, footprint of a structure and septic design.
Presentation:
Robert Valois appeared
to request the administrative change. The design of the proposed building has
been changed. The structure has been moved farther away from the wetland and
will have a smaller footprint. Mr. Valois submitted new plans dated November
28, 2005.

Discussion: The
Commission questioned Mr. Valois
George Bryant moved to approve the administrative change for 20 Blueberry Avenue, Elaine Anderson seconded and it was so voted, 4-0.
ENFORCEMENT ORDER (continued from 11/15/05):
Maxine
White, Trustee, 409A Commercial Street. Clearing of beach grass on a coastal
beach. This is continued until the next hearing.
REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF
COMPLIANCE:
William A. Gordon and
Charlotte L. Gordon, Trustees of Clancy Realty Trust for 837 Commercial Street
– Request for release
of lots 7 and 8 on site plan for DEP file # SE-058-0384 and Land Court Plan
14709-E due to a sale of the property to a third party.
Erica
Larner stated that the site has not been altered. However, new plans will need
to be submitted when the individual lots are built on. The original site plan
showed an incorrect location for a coastal embankment.
Elaine Anderson moved to send a letter to William A.
Gordon and Charlotte L. Gordon, Trustees of Clancy Realty Trust, in regard to
the property located at 837 Commercial Street, clarifying that when the lots on
the site are built on, new plans need to be submitted showing the correct
location of the coastal embankment, George Bryant seconded and it was so voted,
3-0.
Heather Bruce – 353C
Commercial Street – Request
for release of property due to completion of permitted work, SE-058-0354.
There
was a letter from Chet Lay, an engineer at Slade and Associates, certifying
compliance with the Commission’ Order of Conditions. Erica Larner reported that
she had made a site visit and confirmed the compliance.
Elaine Anderson moved to grant a Certificate of Compliance to Heather Bruce in regard to the property located at 353C Commercial Street, George Bryant seconded and it was so voted, 3-0.
The Commission
discussed the application by Jim Walker for the American
Lighthouse Foundation for a Notice of Intent under the Provincetown
Wetlands Bylaw, Chapter 12 of the Provincetown General Bylaws, and under the
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c. 131, § 40, seeking to upgrade
to a Title V septic system within a resource area at Race Point Lighthouse.
ADJOURNMENT:

Anderson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 P.M. and it was so voted
unanimously.
