Cable Advisory Committee Meeting of August 7, 2002

The Cable Advisory Committee met at 9:45 AM on August 7, 2002.

Present were LouAnn Bowen, Su Hoffman, Catherine Russo (Chair), and Assistant Town Manager Mark Latour.

The group discussed Catherine Russo’s proposed letter to the Board of Selectmen on the recent Community Cable Workshop with Rika Welch.

A motion was made by LouAnn and seconded by Catherine to approve the CAC minutes of April 30, 2002. All voted in favor.

A motion was made by LouAnn and seconded by Su to approve the CAC minutes of June 12, 2002. All voted in favor.

A motion was made by Su and seconded by Catherine to approve the CAC minutes of July 24, 2002. All voted in favor.

MIS Coordinator Gary Delius joined the group, and Committee members urged him to attend the CAC meeting just after the Request for Proposal opening of August 23, 2002. RFP’s would be opened at 4:00 PM, and the CAC would meet briefly at 4:30PM on August 23^rd.

Mr. Latour was asked to work on the job description for the video studio organizer.

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 10:40 AM.

These minutes were approved by a unanimous vote of the Cable Advisory Committee at its August 23, 2002 meeting.
