The meeting was called to order at 2:30

-Discussion of the main issues to be presented at a joint meeting with the CAC and the BOS including:

the scope of authority of the CAC over PTV establishing a non profit

the 6 town organizing effort to negotiate with Comcast

and a remote camera set up in the Judge Welsh room

-Discussion on the role of a new coordinator for PTV, who will hire and who will supervise

meeting was adjourned at 3:50
