The meeting was called to order at 3:05

-Introduction of Rika Welsh, consultant to the 6 Lower Cape Cable Committees. Rika presents the national picture for legislation that will affect public access TVand the ability of Municipalities to oversee cable licenses

-Catherine reports advances by the Lower Cape cable committees. The past two meetings have been to educate the cable advisors as to what kinds of non profit organizations could work and how to approach Comcast in the negotiations.

-Catherine and Eilen present a progress report on PTV

-Some discussion on the suspension of Craig Weiden

-Announcements of future conferences

-Public statements
