The meeting was called to order at 4:05pm

-Report by Catherine on progress with legal proceedings

against Comcast to secure town channel

-Discussion of budget priorities for the new fiscal year and

the need to develop a fundraising strategy

-Discussion of possible local people who could be asked

to join an advisory committee for PTV
