Present: Catherine Russo, Thanassi, Richard Silver and Terry Rozo

The meeting was called to order at 3:10pm

-Discussion of petitioning for space in the old library. Catherine

will talk with Marcia Fair

-Discussion of Comcast using channel 17 for its own purposes, ie,

the March of Dimes marathon

-Discussion of the sound problems in the Judge Walsh room

-Discussion of the town owned channel and the need to contract legal help

Motion:

Terry made a motion: “Given that we have made no progress negotiating with

Comcast we need to move ahead legally to secure the town channel. We will ask

the selectmen to allow us to hire the town attorney.”

Seconded by Thanassi. All in favor

Meeting was adjourned at 4:40pm
