Minutes November 12, 2004

Present: Catherine Russo, Lou Ann Bowen, Thanassi, Richard Silver, Terry Rozo

and PTV staff Elissa Brown

The meeting was called to order at 6:04

-Presentation by Elissa of how we could send programming

to Orleans head end. It was discussed and agreed by all

that we need our own channel to foster the identity of PTV.

With a channel we could program whenever we wanted and

have the electronic bulletin board running all day for

town announcements. Richard volunteered to contact Comcast

again. Other commissioners agreed to this but thought that

Comcast would not respond and that we would

have to hire counsel as planned.

-Lou Ann reported her conversation with Keith about separating

our finances from the town budget.

-We discussed fundraising and the recent donation of equipment
