Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 6:10

-Discussion about staff at channel 17 using the Comcast name

on publicity about PTV programming and not giving PTV credit.

-Discussion about joining the group Friends of Lower Cape Media.

They will hold their next meeting at PTV in order to have

input from more media folk at this end of the Lower Cape.

Elissa will approach James Paul Ludwig about this.

-Began planning an open house at PTV to celebrate our first year.

It will be at the beginning of May.

-Catherine made a motion to go into executive session to discuss

a report given to us by town counsel concerning an interpretation of

the cable license language around a Provincetown channel.

Seconded by Lou Ann. All approved

Executive session began at 6:40 and ended at 7pm.
