The Cable Advisory Commission

Minutes January 8, 2004

Present: Catherine Russo, Lou Ann Bowen, Frank Carroll, Thanassi, Palma Ryan

Unexcused absence: Terry Siegel

The meeting was called to order at 6:10

-Discussed Catherine’s outline of what should go into

the town report. Catherine was assigned to write it

and present it to the commissioners for final approval.

-Discussed the PTV budget and decided that Frank and

Lou Ann would present it to the selectmen and finance committee.

-Discussed being involved in the group Friends of Lower Cape Media

and inviting them to have their next meeting at PTV so more

Provincetown producers could attend.

-A report was presented on PTV programming and staff. It was decided

to hire Jennifer Moller to work part time with youth and the schools.

Motion:

Lou Ann made a motion to hire Jennifer Moller for 10 hours a week

for a 3 month period to work with youth.

It was seconded by Frank. All approved
