Present: Catherine Russo, Lou Ann Bowen, Frank Carroll, Thanassi

Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:20

1) Lou Ann reported on PTV and the coordination committee

being formed. We discussed hiring Elissa Brown as Techincal manager.

we talked about the creation of Creating Community, a public

affairs show that we would produce weekly starting in October.

There was some discussion about new equipment purchases.

2.)We discussed the letter we received from Comcast and the

necessary response. Terry was assigned to draw up a letter stating

our disappointment with their inability to help us set up a dish to

receive programming.

We decided to begin planning more public forums around Comcast policies

3. The next meeting will be on Nov 19^th instead of the day before Thanksgiving.

Lou Ann moved to approve minutes from Sept 24th, 2003

Seconded by Terry. 5 in favor, 0 opposed

Motion

Palma moved to hire Elissa Brown on a consultant basis and trial period

of two months. All in favor
