Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 6:15pm

1) Catherine and Lou Ann offered a report on PTV

33 people were trained in basic production over the summer.

There was some discussion about staffing and new budget priorities

And the need to develop governmental programming

2.) We began a much needed discussion of becoming more active and

educated about issues with Comcast and our license agreements.

We talked about developing a system of receiving complaints from

subscribers.

Motion

Lou Ann moved to approve minutes from June 27th, 2003

Seconded by Terry. 3 in favor, 0 opposed
