The meeting was called to order at 5:10

1) Some discussion about staffing for the summer. We decided to just hire an office manager temporarily and develop the volunteer base. From the most active volunteers we would have a better idea of who we could hire in the fall.

2.) We made some final decisions of the purchasing of equipment

Motion

Lou Ann moved to hire Georgia Barnes for a two month period as office manager. It was seconded by Terry. 3 in favor, 0 opposed
