Approved Minutes May 30th 2003

Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 3:03pm

1) We discussed a letter sent from James Paul Ludwig and the

taping of the selectmen’s meetings. We talked about needing

better communication with Lower Cape Community Television and

James Paul.

2) We discussed the need to begin to send periodic reports to the

selectmen and town manager about the progress of PTV.

3) We planned the volunteer day for June 21rst.

4) We discussed the new equipment ordered. Gary will do a line item

analysis to “normalize” prices and recommend vendors.

Motions:

There was a motion by Catherine to accept the minutes of the May 23, 2003

meeting as written. 3 approved, 0 opposed
