CABLE ADVISORY COMMISSION

MINUTES OF MEETING: April 3, 2003

Present: Lou Ann Bowen, John Hopkins, Catherine Russo, Palma Ryan

Minutes:

-Meeting called to order at 7:15pm

-Discussed town meeting shoot and crew needs

-media center subcommittee report

-more discussion on mission statement and vision

-discussed town meeting amendment to keep $5000 in budget

-Discussed John’s letter to selectmen re response to Peter Demer’s letter

-Discussed the need to meet with other Cape cable advisory members

to share info about dealing with Comcast, channel changes, price structures,

public complaints, license issues, etc.

Motions:

-To accept minutes of March 27, 2003

Moved by Lou Ann, seconded by John , 4 in favor, 0 opposed
