MINUTES OF MEETING: MARCH 19, 2003

Present: Lou Ann Bowen, John Hopkins, Catherine Russo

Unexcused absence: Sue Hoffman

Also attending: Gary Delius, Peter Demer

Minutes:

-Meeting called to order at 7:15pm

-Approved minutes from Nov 6, 2002 and March 13, 2003

-Discussed $5000 cut in present year budget and showing selectmen

The legality of taking money from media center budget

-Report by Peter on Policies and Procedures manuals, training

Program, ongoing administration and pay for his hours.

Peter was asked for further documentation for the final bill

-Gary will write a letter getting clear the delivery of equipment

-Discussed town meeting shoot

Motions:

-Accept minutes of Nov 6 and March 13

Moved by Lou Ann, seconded by John 3 in favor, 0 opposed

-Catherine moved to accept as corrected minutes from March 13 meeting

John seconded 3 in favor, 0 opposed

-Catherine moved that we hire people in the future on a short term

basis with stated goals for that period of employment, until long

term goals are established. Seconded by John. 3 in favor, 0 opposed
