The Cable Advisory Board meeting commenced at 7:15 P.M. Present were chairperson Catherine Russo, members John Hopkins and Lou Ann Bowen and Town representatives, MIS coordinator Gary Delius and PTV access center coordinator Patricia Zur. Board member Sue Hoffman was an unexcused absence. After some discussion of protocol and procedures, a motion was made by Lou Ann Bowen to name the new access television center “PTV – Outermost Community Television.” The motion was seconded by John Hopkins and unanimously approved 3-0. After further discussion and procedural queries to MIS coordinator Gary Delius, a second motion was made by John Hopkins to move the meeting to the new TV center on the second floor of Whaler’s Wharf. The motion was seconded by Lou Ann Bowen and approved unanimously 3-0. All present reconvened at the site of the new center and a discussion was held about clean-up and preparation of space and optimum design specifications for accommodating the new center. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 PM.
