Consideration of Temporary Farmers’
Market
MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote to authorize
the Farmer’s Market, in accordance with Zoning Bylaw Section 3420 Exemption A,
as a charitable event to occur at the Ryder Street Parking Lot on May 23, 2009,
and subsequent Saturday’s to follow by other charitable organizations with the
approval of the Town Manager, pending consideration of their application by the
Provincetown Zoning Board of Appeals.

letter of support to the Zoning Board of Appeals on behalf of the upcoming
application by the Farmer’s Market.
