MOTION: Move that we include an article to accept the
local option for Room Tax Revenue and Meals Tax as presented by the State
Legislature.

Move that the Board of Selectmen vote execute the Release Deed and Order of
Taking pertaining to the property located at 34 Standish Street in pursuant to
the vote taken under Article 7 of the November 17, 2008, Special Town Meeting.
