The following are meeting minutes, in brief:
1. DISCRETIONARY REFERRAL – 2
COMMERCIAL STREET
Mary-Jo Avellar feels that we should not
have comments on this item and disagrees whole heartedly with this meeting.
Boards have already weighted in on this and I vehemently disagree with this
meeting.
Elaine Anderson read statement into record

Chair of the Planning Board
Howard Burchman explained the process of the Discretionary Review requirements
by the Cape Cod Commission that was followed by the
Planning Board.
Open discussion

MOTION: Move
that the Board of Selectmen vote to reserve recommendation to the Cape Cod Commission for a Limited Discretionary Development of Regional
Impact for the ANR proposal for 2 Commercial Street.
