The following are meeting minutes, in brief:
1. RECREATION COMMISSION – Recreational Fees
MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote,
at the request of the Recreational Commission
and the Recreational Director Tracy Trewhella, to increase the recreational
summer fees as follows: a) VMES students
sending or receiving from $100 to $300 for the first child; and each additional
child from $75 to $100; b) Non-VMES
students to remain the same at $65.

MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote,
at the request of the Recreational Commission and the Recreational Director
Tracy Trewhella, to keep the Sports Program fee at the same rate of $50.
