Chairman Mary-Jo Avellar convened the meeting at 6 PM noting the following attendees: Board of Selectmen members: Mary-Jo Avellar, Michele Couture, Austin Knight, Pam Parmakian, Lynne Davies

Other attendees: Town Manager Sharon Lynn, Assistant Town Manager David Gardner, Town Accountant Alexandria Heilala

1. DIVISION I - GENERAL GOVERNMENT

MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote to approve the following budgets as requested by Department Head Doug Johnson

Mary-Jo Avellar recused herself and left the room as her husband is a town employee who services are leased to the Provincetown Public Pier Corporation.

The Board of Selectmen asked the Parking Department to come back with an update on Item #8 Meter Collection/Repair and Line Item #54304 Maintenance/Supplies funded at $3,500 for DPW charges.
