Chairman Cheryl Andrews opened the meeting at 5 PM noting the following attendees: Board of Selectmen members: Cheryl Andrews, Michele Couture, Richard Olson. David Nicolau, Sarah Peake

The following are meeting minutes, in brief.

1. APRIL 4, 2007 ANNUAL & SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Determine Order in Which Articles Appear On the Warrants.

Sarah Peake arrived at 5:06 pm.

MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote to accept the ordering of the articles in the warrants for the April 4, 2007 Annual and Special Town Meeting, as presented by the Town Manager.

Motion by: Michele Couture Seconded by: Richard Olson

Yea 3 Nay 1 (David Nicolau) Abstain 1 (Sarah Peake)

2. TOWN MANAGER SEARCH

MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen vote to approve the Town Manager contract as presented between Sharon Lynn and the Provincetown Board of Selectmen with an effective date of employment of April 17, 2007, a term of three years, with an annual salary of $125,000.
