Chairman Cheryl Andrews convened the meeting at 5:00 PM noting the following attendees: Board of Selectmen members: Cheryl Andrews, Richard Olson, David Nicolau 

 

Excused Absence: Sarah Peake and Michele Couture

 

Other attendees: Town Manager Keith Bergman, Town Accountant Alexandria Heilala

0.         FILL VACANCY ON BOARD OF SELECTMEN MAY 1, 2007 ANNUAL ELECTION

 

MOTION:  Move that the Board of Selectmen vote, pursuant to MGL C. 41,§10, to place Selectman David M. Nicolau’s remaining term on the Board of Selectmen on the May 1, 2007 Annual Town Election ballot, such term to commence on May 2, 2007 and expire on May 5, 2009, and to file such vote with the Town Clerk.
