Meeting scheduled 11/28 with DPW and Martha Lyon of Paysage to discuss joining Bas Relief and Cemetery projects

Review of meeting with Provincetown Monument Bd and their voiced concerns

James reported on meeting with Town Manager about utilizing private contractors for Bas Relief

Bike rack placement: west end parking lot and Johnson St parking lot as possible locations. further exploration needed for 3 racks.

LouAnn reported that CCNS owns land at Breakwater. Will follow up.

New Business

Watering schedule/plant maintenance discussed with possible job description/creation for independent contractor

To contact VSB about possible grant proposal

Suggestion to support Chamber in its contest to enhance storefront

closings. Letter and financial support to be offered. motion by

LouAnn, seconded by Robin to offer 100.$ Vote unanimous.
