Old Business:

 

1       DPW available for planting

      Gabriel's access considered with regard to Bas Relief

plantings Agreed for emergency use 1-2x/yr Letter read -from DPW, concerning same..

3.    Cypress trees not appropriate as suggested by B Rushmore for Bas Relief planting.  Other suggestions offered and to be explored-

   4.   Tree planting of copper beech at High Pole Hill discussed.

Robin to check height of trees 1” calliper size

5.  Bench in honor of Laurel Brooke discussed.  Change in 6 ' -size and location To be ordered along with bench for Grace Hall parking lot.

   6    Bench in honor of Popeye discussed Money to be raised

by Cecilia Hall and location sought.

 

New Business:

 

1, Proposals for spending plan for budget increase:

                                    a. Bas Relief   10,000 $

                                    b.bike racks    10;000$

                                    c. benches       8,000$
