Present: James Mack. John Dowd Robin Evans LouAnn

Minutes: yet to be approved of last two meetings

New Business:

I approval of monies spent on plants for Lopes Square post office and Fishermen's Park (owed James Robin) Motion by John seconded by James. Vote 4-0

2 contract with Jackie Frietas discussed clean‑up Waterfront Park and watering which she is presently doing Robin to contact her with the possibility of maintaining other areas such as traffic island

3. monies (approx. 2000 ) approved for benches bike racks garbage cans

4. plans discussed for use of the approved 5000. for Bas Relief and High Pole Hill,

5. Plan to speak with David Guertin about plans for renovation of bus station
