Discussion about trees at Ryder St Ext.: Well water to come from public restrooms. Six trees to be ordered and planted by DPW.

Uncertain time of plantings; David Guertin contacted.

Discussion about Waterfront Park:. There is to be a 5 foot wide boardwalk. No money is available for plantings. Mary Ann suggested inspiring donated trees as memorials. DPW is asking

BC for assistance in planning and planting after boardwalk is down.

Discussion about request for reimbursement to Barbara Rushmore for three trees purchased for $259. Vote to reimburse by Mary Ann, seconded by James. Unanimous.

Membership of committee: Lou Ann no longer member due to term limits. Application by Kristyn Samok. Recommended by current members. Vote to accept application by James, second by Mary Ann. Unanimous

Budget cut from 8000 to 4000$

Other Business:

Barbara Rushmore: report from Trees for Town. 3600$ in coffers. Reviewed trees planted in town. Voiced concern about bilge pumping station at Waterfront Park. Request of BC to beautify Grace Goveia Bldg
