The Provincetown Beautification Committee held a meeting on Monday, June 23, 2003, at 12:00 pm in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room. Members attending were: James Mack, Jennifer Crooks, and Mary Ann Powers. Members with excused absences were Robin Evans and Lou Ann Bowen.

Members voted unanimously to approve the invoices reflecting the costs of the plantings done at Lopes Square and in front of the Post Office.

There was discussion about the pending Lopes Square redevelopment, and a donation to the Gift Fund from Barbara Rushmore (which was actually the amount refunded from a nursery that sold the Committee a tree that wasn’t the type specified in our order) was approved.

There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 1:05
